Onward has several products which support upsells. The Upsells page is where you can configure all of your upsells.
Accessing the Upsells Page
Click Upsells in the sidebar navigation. This page is available when you have Onward Protect enabled.
What You'll See
Depending on which Onward products you have enabled, you could see 3 different upsell placements to setup but everyone sees Post Purchase upsells by default.
Post Purchase Upsells
This is an upsell module that shows up immediately after a customer checks out but before they hit the Thank You page. They can buy an item without having to re-enter their payment information. You can choose a product to upsell or use our proprietary AI smart recommendations which will recommend a relevant product to each customer.
Allow upsells: toggle this setting on to enable Post Purchase upsells
Discount type: % or fixed amount
Discount value: i.e. 15% off or $5 off
Add an upsell product: Select a single product or use our Smart Recommendations engine
NOTE: In order for your customers to see this offer, there is one more step required to expose this. To expose it, go to Settings > Checkout > Post-purchase page in your Shopify admin and choose Onward.

Order Editing Upsells
If you have our Order Editing product enabled, you will see a tab in which you can setup your upsells which live in the Order Editing widget on the Thank You page in Shopify.
Allow upsells: toggle this setting on to enable Order Editing upsells
Discount value: i.e. 25% off
Add upsell collection: choose from an already existing collection to offer as upsells or use our AI smart recommendations

Customer Hub Upsells
The Customer Hub is where your customers will go to find their CashBack balance, and shipment tracking information if you have both of those products enabled. Customers will see a carousel of these products from which they can buy.
Allow upsells: toggle this setting on to enable Customer Hub upsells
Add upsell collection: choose from an already existing collection to offer as upsells or use our AI smart recommendations
