Where to find it

What this is
This address is used as the destination on return labels and shown to customers in their return instructions. Click Edit Primary Destination to change it.
Multiple destinations. If you receive returns at more than one location, add Exceptions to route them by rule. Common patterns:
Product category → warehouse: apparel to one facility, electronics to another
Customer region → nearest facility, reducing transit time and label cost
International returns → a consolidation point rather than your main warehouse
Exceptions are evaluated in priority order and the first match wins, so put the most specific rule first. See Using Exceptions in Returns Settings.
Caveats
If you use a 3PL, this is their receiving address — confirm the format they expect, including any suite or dock identifier.
Changing the destination affects labels generated from that point forward. Labels already issued still point at the old address, so keep receiving there during a transition.
