Your Inveterate dashboard is moving into Onward. You'll get one email with a link to create your password. After that, you sign in to Onward and find Inveterate right there.
Your membership program, members, integrations, pricing and storefront do not change. Your customers won't notice anything.
What's changing
Where you sign in. You sign in at Onward with your email and a new password. Your old Inveterate password will not work there.
Where Inveterate lives. Click Loyalty in the Onward menu to open the same Inveterate dashboard you use today.
Your old link. Once everyone has moved over, dashboard.inveterate.com will send you to Onward automatically. Bookmarks keep working.
Account settings. Your team, profile and password are now managed in Onward. Inveterate links you there when you need them.
We'll send your setup email from [email protected], with the sender name "Inveterate by Onward."
How to set up your login
It takes about a minute. You don't need to visit a login page.
Open the email titled "Your Inveterate dashboard is moving: set up your Onward login." It comes from [email protected] and shows your store name.
Click Create your password.
Choose a password and save it.
You land in your Inveterate dashboard, inside Onward. That's it.
Next time, sign in at Onward with your email and the password you just created.
Can't find the email? Check spam and promotions for a message from [email protected]. Still nothing? Go to the Onward login page and enter your email. You'll see a note that an invite is waiting, with a Resend invite button.
If you already use Onward
Same email as your Inveterate login? You don't need to do anything. Sign in to Onward as usual. You'll see Loyalty in the menu.
New to Onward, but your store already uses it? You'll get the setup email above. Your access starts limited to Inveterate. An admin on your store's Onward account can give you access to more.

Your pricing and billing
Everything your customers see on your storefront
The dashboard itself is the same Inveterate you know. Only the way you sign in changes.
FAQ
Is this email real? Yes. Onward owns Inveterate, and the app is now called Inveterate by Onward. The email comes from [email protected], an Inveterate address. If in doubt, reply to it and a person will answer.
I typed my Inveterate password and got "incorrect password." Your Inveterate password doesn't carry over. Use the setup email to create a new one, or click Resend invite on the login page.
When does this happen? We'll email you before your store moves, with the date. Until your old link redirects, you can keep using dashboard.inveterate.com.
The email went to the wrong person. Reply to any of our emails with the right address and we'll send a new invite.
Can my teammates still get in? Yes. Each teammate with an Inveterate login gets their own setup email. Add new teammates in Onward.
What does Onward cost me? Nothing new. Your Inveterate plan and billing stay as they are.
