What happens if my package is does not arrive on the estimated or expected delivery date?

If your package is delayed for whatever reason, Onward asks that you wait at least 5 business days to see if there are any additional updates from the carrier before submitting a claim.
Carriers update their website with expected delays due to inclement weather or other barriers to expected delivery.
Whenever there is an estimated delivery date, that becomes the date after which the package is considered “lost” PLUS 48 hours. In addition, if there is a recent shipping update at any point, that 7 day lost minimum supersedes any 2 day estimated delivery date minimum.
If you paid for expedited shipping but the package arrives outside of the expected window, Onward will not cover it.
