How does Onward work with subscriptions?

For existing subscriptions where you purchased Onward Package Protection, if any of your items in the subscription were lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and can be purchased individually, Onward will reorder them. If the items cannot be purchased, then Onward will refund the items.
Onward cannot reorder and create an entirely new subscription on your behalf.
