Can Onward help if I placed an order, but never received a tracking number or other shipping information?

  • Onward is happy to work with the merchant to confirm whether the item shipped and provide any tracking information that is available.

  • If the merchant has not shipped the item(s) yet, Onward’s Package Protection Policy has not yet taken effect. In those cases, we will put you in touch with the merchant as they can provide the most accurate information about the status of your order.

  • Onward reserves the right to deny order issues where no tracking number/information is available.
