Your branded Return Portal link. This is the URL customers use to look up their order and start a return.
Where to find it
Settings > Returns > Setup, under Returns General Settings.

What this is
Onward generates this URL automatically when your store is set up, based on your shop name. There's nothing to configure — click Copy to put it on your clipboard.
The portal is branded to your store, so customers see your logo and colors rather than Onward's.
Where to share it
Common placements for the portal link:
Your website footer
Your FAQ page and your return policy page
Order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails
Customer support macros and canned replies
Packing slips or inserts, if you include them
