This address is shown to customers in the return portal and included in return emails. It's where customers write when they have a question about their return.

Use the same support address your customers already use for other inquiries — or, if you use a helpdesk, the address that feeds it. Return questions then land in the same inbox as order questions, with the full customer history in one place.
